The brief
A capable product losing trials in the first ninety seconds. Users landed in an empty dashboard, were asked to connect a bank, and left.
What we did
We led with the answer instead of the setup: a single balance, a runway figure, and a burn line visible before any account is connected, populated with sample data that labels itself. The design system underneath standardises every number, chart and state.
