The brief
Off-plan buyers commit from a website. Theirs showed the same stock renders as four competing towers and gave no sense of the actual site.
What we did
We built a real-time model of the tower that orients to the marina as you scroll, so the view from each floor is genuinely the view. Specifications, floorplans and availability run through a CMS the sales team updates themselves.
